The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a High Surf Advisory for Hawaiian islands, effective until 6PM on Monday.
A building north swell will bring rough surf to Kauai, Oahu, Molokai and Maui by Sunday morning and to the Big Island by Sunday afternoon. The High Surf Advisory includes west-facing shores and Molokai and Kauai.
Surf along north-facing shores are expected to build to 12 to 16 feet.
East-facing shores of Oahu will build 6 to 10 feet.
West-facing shores of Kauai and Molokai will build 10 to 14 feet.
Surf is expected to peak tonight and Monday.
