Pacifist Cannabis minister Reverend Roger Christie has been held without bail at the Honolulu Federal Detention Center since July 8, 2010. He's been denied bail 7 times. His trial on federal drug trafficking charges has been set back to July 23, 2013.

The Tripoli Post is reporting that embattled Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi has left the capital city of Tripoli, along with his sons Hannibal and Mua’atsam.
According to the Post, eyewitnesses within the city have reported that “parts of Tripoli have already fallen in the hands of the rebels who are taking controls of strategic facilities.”
