I urge everyone to watch the video "How Weed Won the West" at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aAe0whJVz6g

"In the follow-up to his ground-breaking documentary 'American Drug War,' filmmaker Kevin Booth traces the fight against Federal drug regulation in the State of California. A public majority has spoken and said yes to states rights, allowing for the use of medicinal marijuana and opening up a new front in controversial medicinal 'dispensaries'. While users herald the freedom of legally-licensed 'weed', powerful forces at the DEA and law enforcement haven't given up their federal enforcement power yet.
I agree. It is high time that we as the people of Hawaii come together and speak as one voice. There are many diverse groups here that have legitimate concerns about the state of affairs on the isle of Hawaii as well as the entire State.
This event is the perfect venue for we, the people to come together for one cause... Aloha. love and respect are the cornerstones for a free, healthy society. No matter the political view, the economic status or ethnic heritage, we ALL are in the same boat.
By coming together we can be a loud, clear voice for reason and common sense. it is way past time to stand up, together to demand integrity, justice and respect for our freedoms and our individual sovereignty here on the orchid isle. Remember..."united we stand, divided we fall!"
I'll be there.... bring your family on this day of remembrance and enjoy the blessings of Aloha and Ohana.

Re: Lactoferrin, IBS

Dr. Wascher,

Are you making this stuff up? The last two articles above seem almost template driven. There are no links or even references to these studies. Who are the principles?

"... receive daily oral lactoferrin supplements experienced very significant decreases in visceral fat content, as well as decreased body weight, decreased BMI..."

What is "very significant?" 5 lbs? 10 lbs? 13 ounces????? Curious minds what to know.

Similar techniques were used in the Apollo project in the Sixties. Every bit of work; every assembly was inspected multiple times. Even counting parts was performed multiple times.

Mr. J,

Yup. Know what else we were taught in public schools? Keynesian "economics", the idea that the more of civilization's resources the state squanders, the more prosperous the civilization becomes.

It was all pretty convoluted and hard to follow. But the teachers assured us that if we were economists we'd understand and agree with the theories.

Thankfully in my own studies I found Hazlitt, Mises, et al.
