Roger Christie marijuana activist and political prisoner denied bail again

By

Roger Christie’s appeal to the 9th circuit court of appeals was denied on Dec 07 2010. He has been imprisoned before a trial has been held or a conviction sustained for an insignificant marijuana offense. While men the government knows are responsible for flooding the streets with cocaine by the ton walk free among us and one in particular is held up as a hero.

In Roger Christie’s case – The Hawaii federal court ruled and the appellate court agreed —-

— the government has met its burden of showing, by clear and convincing evidence, that “no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure . . . the safety of . . . the community

That is what passes for justice in America today. Well its time we take a good look at our justice system and the drug war. They are in collusion, and corrupt to the core. The problem is systemic meaning it cannot be fixed. We are going to have to start over.

How easily people are manipulated by the mainstream media. Fascinated by the sexual escapades of Bill Clinton and others but oblivious or in denial that Roger Christie is a political prisoner and in jail because the government is afraid of his message.

To help me understand this I did some research on the history of real drug dealing in this country. What I found is our government facilitates it and is many times responsible for it.

I started by looking at Iran Contra – what I found is how the US government’s involvement in gun running put tons of cocaine on our streets and directly lead to the crack epidemic

As most people already know Oliver North’s CIA drug smuggling network was one of the biggest cocaine distribution rings in the U.S. during the Iran Contra scandal. What many still do not know is North’s drug ring supplied “Freeway Ricky Ross” the huge amounts of cocaine he turned into crack cocaine. LA’s Freeway Ricky is credited with inventing crack cocaine or at least turning into a large scale commercial venture that spread devastation in communities across the United States. There is no doubt about this as these historical links prove. Anyone who was not aware of this needs to ask them self how is it possible that so many Americans have no idea this is were crack came from. The answer is the mainstream media controls the flow of information in order to influence public opinion, and its very effective. The same government that brought us crack now holds Roger Christie without bail for a marijuana crime that would not even rate a second thought in comparison.

Here is the story of how hard drugs get into this country and no matter how much money we spend or how many low level dealers and users we arrest or imprison it will never gets better.

The mainstream media behind the CIA controlled L.A. Times and New York Times, orchestrated a hatchet job trying to discredit Webb. Telling the truth cost Webb dearly. He lost his career, family and life. His crime? Webb succeeded in linking the Iran Contra cocaine to “Freeway” Rick Ross, who was almost single-handedly responsible for the crack epidemic in LA and around the country.

Not a new phenomena drug running has been a government operation for a long time “The Politics of Heroin” by Alfred McCoy and other works have already established the connections, Iran Contra was not the first time the government had put drugs on the streets of America. Senator John Kerry’s 89 commission, established beyond any doubt that the Contras and their allies were bringing cocaine into the US with the help of the CIA.

William Blum wrote a book on the history of drug dealing, involving the DEA and the CIA titled – The CIA and Drugs Just say “Why not?”

Dennis Dayle, former chief of an elite DEA enforcement unit is quoted in the book –

“In my 30-year history in the Drug Enforcement Administration and related agencies, the major targets of my investigations almost invariably turned out to be working for the CIA.”

On August 18, 1996, the San Jose Mercury initiated a series of articles about the CIA connection to the crack epidemic in Los Angeles. The CIA’s Contra army, fighting the leftist government of Nicaragua, turned to smuggling cocaine into the U.S., under CIA protection, to raise money for their military and personal use. A large part of the Iran Contra cocaine ended up in the Los Angeles’ inner city, being sold by the Crips and the Bloods

The primary Contra dealers, were Oscar Danilo Blandon who worked under Juan Norwin Meneses, both from Nicaragua’s privileged class. They ran their drug operation out of the San Francisco Bay Area. These men sold tons of cocaine.

The drug ring funneled millions in drug profits to the Contras. The U.S. government backed drug ring helped fuel the crack explosion in L.A. and other cities. There were other consequences of this that led to an explosion in crime. The money the crack sales generated for the gangs enabled them to buy automatic weapons, sometimes the same drug ring smuggling the cocaine for Oliver North’s drug operation sold the gangs weapons.

A Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent assigned to El Salvador discovered and detailed the cocaine flights from El Salvador to the U.S in 1985. Instead of arresting those responsible the DEA got rid of him.

Eventually Blandon was arrested in 1986, after congress resumed funding for the Contras. He confessed to crimes that should have put him away for life. Instead one of the masterminds behind tons of cocaine entering this country was released on unsupervised probation after 28 months incarceration The DOJ also paid him more than $166,000.

Think about that Roger Christie is held without a trial or conviction for an insignificant marijuana offense while one of the men responsible for flooding the streets with cocaine by the ton is released. And Oliver North is treated like a celebrity.

There is a lot more information for those who want to find out. Here are a few links and quotes that explain this better than I can

Former DEA Agent Michael Levine on CNBC-TV, October 8, 1996 “I have put thousands of Americans away for tens of thousands of years for less evidence for conspiracy with less evidence than is available against Ollie North and CIA people. . . . I personally was involved in a deep-cover case that went to the top of the drug world in three countries. The CIA killed it.”

It is definitely time to release all the cannabis political prisoners and to end the shameless and senseless witch-hunts against citizens in connection with the natural cannabis medicinal plant!

Here Curtis Narimatsu gives some more very interesting information on how the governments drug network works….

    http://hawaiinewsdaily.com/2010/12/09/pseudonym-thomas-our-messia

Oscar Danilo Blandón Reyes (born 1936) headed Nicaragua’s agricultural imports under Anastasio Somoza. He has a master’s degree in marketing. When the Somoza government was overthrown in 1979, Blandón fled to the United States, and then raised money for the Nicaraguan Democratic Force (FDN), a Contra group. According to many sources, including reporter Gary Webb, Blandón sold drugs and weapons (via Ronald Lister) to the Crips in Los Angeles. Blandón claimed that the Central Intelligence Agency protected him, allowing him to operate without fear of reprisal.

The Roman Inquisition is reincarnated via Christie’s imprisonment, in that Rome’s most experienced scholars in theology and canon law in 1616 gave their assessment of Galileo’s theory of the universe, judging such to be “foolish and absurd in philosophy,” “formally heretical,” and “erroneous in faith” in theology. This assessment led to Copernicus’ De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium to be placed on the Index of Forbidden Books, until revised and Galileo Galilei to be admonished about his postulate. It was this same body in 1633 that tried Galileo, condemned him for a “grave suspicion of heresy,” and banned all his works. Galileo’s excommunication was not rescinded until 1983, 341 yrs. after his death while under house arrest.

Among the subjects of this Inquisition were Francesco Patrizi, Giordano Bruno, Tommaso Campanella, Girolamo Cardano, Cesare Cremonini, and Galileo Galilei. Of these, only Bruno was executed; Galileo died under house arrest, and Campanella was imprisoned for twenty-seven years. The miller Domenico Scandella was also put to the stake on the orders of Pope Clement VIII in 1599 for his belief that God was created from chaos.

Marijuana is the glamorous rebel weed which results in social stigmas like pothead and dope addict. Marijuana no more can be blamed for society’s disintegration than a vehicle whose drunk driver causes a traffic fatality. Galileo all over again via Roger Christie.

When Christie posthumously is vindicated 341 yrs. from now, historians will look back on our primitive antiquity and chasten how inexplicably foolish we are for persecuting a man who reaches for the heavens like a lotus blossom out of the muck of humanity. Pololei/right-on, brah’-sis’ I mua!!
